We’ve done everything we can to make our products and services as straightforward as possible for you to access and purchase. However, behind the scenes we have a team always on-hand to help. That might be as simple as answering a quick query on the phone, discussing a particular challenge you face that could require a bespoke solution, or coming along to make a presentation to your staff, management or HR team.

I joined ASE in March 2001 from PPP Healthcare and have been supporting and developing the ASE optical network ever since. Away from work I’m a keen traveler and love jetting off to exotic destinations to soak up some sun.
Richard Bance

I have a background in sales and marketing and am currently responsible for the acquisition and retention of new business. I’m passionate about health and fitness and a keen supporter of Spurs.
Tracy Bourne

I am responsible for sending out client invoices and paying opticians and suppliers. I deal with the sales and purchase ledger, which involves processing purchase ledger invoices, putting on sales receipts and credit control. I like to travel as often as I can and enjoy watching F1, shopping and dining out. My favourite food is an Indian or Chinese but I pass on pizza.
Tiffany Duncan

I am our client’s main contact, carrying out supervisory duties to ensure co-ordination between the ASE team and our clients. Working closely with our managers, I communicate and implement customers’ bespoke requirements and am responsible for the day-to day-operation of client service platforms and overseeing the preparation of project reports. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree – and a serious shoe addiction!
Lyn Hodges

I am responsible for helping to shape the future of the business. My role includes developing external partnerships and working closely with clients to meet their business needs. I enjoy the company of a great bunch of colleagues who help make a challenging job interesting and fun. I love to travel, and finally, having raised five children, have the chance to venture further afield. Watch out world, here I come!

Whilst working in practice in 1990 I saw an opportunity in corporate eyecare and ASE was founded. After 25 years, I still like the challenge of looking for new ways tackling a client’s need, and continue to develop the service we provide, striving always to be at the forefront. However whilst we aim to develop the most advanced IT platform to deliver our services, I continue to believe that the personal touch is paramount. I am lucky to be surrounded by an excellent bunch of colleagues. I am afraid that good beer and historic cars are my thing!

No day at ASE is the same for me. I can be booking travel and hotels for meetings, attending client awareness days or setting up accounts for new customers. My most recent project has been working on our new range of frames. In my spare time I enjoy shopping and hunting for bargains!
Cindy Nicholls

I joined ASE in 2015 as finance manager and am responsible for making sure the department runs smoothly, ensuring our processes are streamlined and efficient in order to effectively support the business. Amongst other things this involves ensuring we are meeting customers invoicing requirements and ensuring suppliers are paid on time. In my spare time I’m normally at the gym, walking my dog in the countryside or socialising with friends.

My day-to-day role is to primarily assist in looking after our client accounts and ensuring our service is accessible to their employees, In my spare time I’ll be gardening, walking and generally spending time outdoors and enjoy watching live music and socialising with friends. I am also a slight, self-confessed petrol head!

I am the first point of contact for all enquiries with a role that includes processing orders, taking EyecarePlan requests by phone and answering any questions an employee or optician may have.
Watching TV box sets, swimming and eating out are some of my leisure time activities.

My role lets me travel around the UK attending exhibitions and meeting new customers. I am responsible for our advertising and organising our stand at the various exhibitions we attend throughout the year. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family.
