1. Website use
1.1 Your use constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as at the date of your first use of the site. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the website.
1.2 You may not alter this website in any way or post onto or transmit to this website any material containing software viruses or files which may damage or disrupt the good working order of computer or telecommunications equipment.

6. Website Sales
6.1 Privacy Policy.
We do not store credit/debit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
6.2 Delivery Policy
We aim to despatch the EyecarePlan (voucher for eyecare) by email within 3 working days of request.
When single vision spectacles are ordered through ASE Corporate Eyecare, we aim to despatch within 3 – 5 working days to the chosen optician using Hayes DX delivery services.
When varifocal or other more complex prescription spectacles are ordered through ASE Corporate Eyecare, we aim to despatch within 7 - 10 working days to the chosen optician using Hayes DX delivery services.
6.3 Refund/Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your unredeemed EyecarePlan within 7 working days. If a subsequent attempt is then made to redeem the cancelled EyecarePlan the charge will be re-raised. Failure to collect funds will deem the transaction to be fraudulent and reported to the appropriate authorities.
7. General
7.1 If any part of these Terms and Conditions are not enforceable, this will not affect the enforceability of any other part.
7.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and all disputes will be submitted to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
